The Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) was established through an Act of Parliament published in November 2011 to provide for civilian oversight over the work of the police in Kenya.
In order to efficiently and effectively deliver its functions, IPOA is always recruiting high caliber staff. IPOA has created a culture that rewards bright, self-driven, and hardworking individuals.
All applicants MUST be of the highest ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism and comply with the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
Candidates will be REQUIRED to produce evidence of clearance by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission(EACC), Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Credit Reference Bureau (CRB), Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) and provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (DCI).
